Sarah McNamara grew up amongst artists in Vermont is an alumna of the University of Michigan School of Art and Design.
Working five seasons for Umich's Props Shop deepened her love of technical theater work. Some of her puppets were featured in their productions of Disney's The Little Mermaid and You for Me for You.
In Maine she painted landscapes, taught technical theater, made Mo and Petra puppets for The Petra and Mo Show by Andrew Simon and spent summers at Camp Beech Cliff, sharing her love of art outside.
A fierce love of play and the great outdoors serves as regular inspiration. She is now back in Vermont.
