Moment for miniatures and magic

There is something deeply satisfying about creating movement, story, and practical effects in front of a camera. I like it campy and playful. When I teach it at summer camp I try to remind my students that it will only look real, if they look very carefully at the world around them and see the living magic of how everything moves.
